Refund policy

Every DreamSeed book is custom-made for one specific child, so our policy is built around making it right rather than returns.

 

Before delivery: You may cancel for a full refund at any time before your book is delivered. Email us with your order number.

 

After delivery: Because your book is a personalized digital product created exclusively for you, all sales are final once the book has been delivered. However:

 

• Errors on our side (misspelled name, wrong details you provided correctly, missing pages, corrupted file): we will correct and redeliver free of charge - just reply to your delivery email within 7 days.
• Change requests (you'd like a different theme or detail changed after delivery): we offer one free minor revision within 7 days of delivery.
• If we cannot fix a genuine defect after reasonable attempts, we will refund your order in full.

Missing personalization: If your order arrives without personalization details, we'll email you. If we don't hear back within 14 days, we'll refund your order minus payment processing fees.
